Epicrafts offers custom action figures, 3D printing services, and DIY model kits.

All content, products, and designs on our platform are the intellectual property of Epicrafts and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

 

2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

Product customization or special requests may require additional processing time, which will be communicated clearly at the time of order.

 

3. Shipping Policy

Shipping is free across India.

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, and shipping times may vary based on your location.

You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Epicrafts is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

 

4. Refund & Return Policy

At Epicrafts, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the custom nature of our products, we have strict refund and return guidelines:

Eligibility for Return or Refund

Only accepted if the product is:

Damaged during shipping, or

Incorrect (not matching the product ordered)

Unboxing Video Requirement

A clear unboxing video is mandatory to qualify for a return or refund.

The video must:

Start from the sealed package being opened

Be unedited

Clearly show the issue with the product

How to Request

-Contact us within 7 days of delivery

-Send:

•  Order number
•  Description of the issue
•  Unboxing video

After Approval

If the issue qualifies, we will:

Offer a free replacement, or

Issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made items with no damage or error

Items reported after 7 days

Products without unboxing video proof

 

5. Cancellation Policy

Custom orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.

After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible as production may have started.

 

6. Privacy Policy

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.

We collect information such as your name, address, email, and contact number only to process and fulfill your orders.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.
